Car Parking for Bosom Buds
The Bing Blazer team would like to a massive thank you for all of those who paid for parking at the 10k Bing Blazer Obstacle Race on May 21st in West Lothian.
Some of you may know that the Bing Blazer car parking fees go towards our chosen charity, Bosom Buds of Scotland.
We are delighted to have raised £600 for Bosom Buds of Scotland at our Bing Blazer 2016 event.
This was an increase from the previous year and we hope that our next event Bing Blazer: Park Life on Saturday 3rd September 2016 will raise further funds for a great cause.
Bosom Buds are a voluntary charity based in West Lothian. Formed in 2009 by a group of friends as a result of two members being affected by tumours, they were inspired to help by raising money and awareness.
They donate funds to St John’s Oncology Unit and Breakthrough.
They also supply real hair wigs, help patients with IVF treatment costs, provide mastectomy bras, arrange pamper days, provide post-treatment exercise classes & personal trainer instruction, meditation courses and yoga classes.
They work with all patients, regardless of age, race, cancer type/diagnosis, etc.
